做馒头时,在发面里揉进一小块猪油,蒸出来的馒头会白白软软，而且味香.葱油花卷不知道行不行.现在家里很少有猪油了,但是汤团里一定要包这个的,食物油不灵.
炖鸡汤,炖好后,等稍凉一些再加盐。不然先加盐,鸡肉中含水分较高,在盐水中浸泡,鸡肉收缩变紧了,营养就很难向汤内溶解了.还有放几个山楂，鸡肉易烂.
吃经就是生活经哪.
